throughout the day. The benefits of eating 5 to 6 smaller meals
during the day can’t be overstated. This type of plan will help
your body to produce an anabolic state which will burn calories
more effectively and help to stabilize our energy levels and will
give us the added benefit of less intestinal disorders.
For most of us this will be an easy transition. For some of us it
may not be as easy to do. The key is to keep in mind along with a
sound muscle building program it is very important to implement a
muscle building nutritional plan that maximizes your efforts in the
gym. Once you are able to follow this simple program of 5 to 6
small high quality meals there is another thing to take into
consideration. How about implementing a muscle building nutrition
plan that includes when you are sleeping?
We all know that when
your body is at rest is when the real muscle growth takes place. So
what can we do to optimize this time effectively? For some of you
this may seem like a drastic approach. For some of you that are
willing to try anything to get the most benefit from your training
this may be just what you need to propel you to the next level. I
suggest this because I have seen vast improvements in some that
have taken their muscle building nutrition plan to this next
level.
An easy way to
accomplish this task is too prepare a protein drink before you go
to bed so that you don’t have to spend any time preparing it when
you wake up during the night. If you are like most of us than you
wake up at least once during the night. If you do wake up during
the middle of the night then why not take advantage of it. Don’t
worry about the added calories; if your workout routine is
productive you will utilize this for energy. But the most important
benefit is the added nutrients your body gets while it is trying to
repair the muscle and grow bigger.
I would highly recommend
adding this to your muscle building nutrition plan for several
weeks and evaluate your progress afterwards. I think you will see
an increase in muscle mass and added energy stores to help power
