The right diet to get great abs:
You need to start
altering what you eat. You don’t have to give up all the foods you
love but you need to exclude those high fat low nutrition foods
that do little more than get stored as fat. Most of us eat three
big meals; at a time of the day when one is least active. For the
purposes of burning fat and increasing our metabolism we need to
start eating smaller meals throughout the day. If this is not
convenient for you then for the next six weeks the biggest meal
should be eaten in the morning. Not only will this give you some
extra energy for the day but will also help fuel your workout
regime. Natural foods have more of the nutrients the body requires
to burn fat, and build up muscle so you need to include more fresh
vegetables and fruit if your really serious about learning how to
get great abs. It’s also important to increase your protein intake
while reducing your fat intake. This will also help ignite your fat
burning machine, which is your body.
How to get great
abs? Cardio
Simply put if there is a king of Ab sculpting
then cardio is it. When you first begin to exercise take it
nice and slow. The important thing to remember is not to get
your heart rate up too quickly in the beginning. As you work
towards your goal of getting those 6 pack abs you will find
that as you progress in your cardio training you will increase
the efficiency of your workout and also experience more
gains for the same amount of time. To put it simply
you are getting in shape. Ultimately you will want to do your
cardio for roughly 20 minutes a day 5 days a week.
One thing to note here
is that it is now commonly believed that you really don’t start
burning fat until after you hit the 20-minute mark in your cardio
training. As you progress in your training you will be able to
surpass this 20-minute mark with very little trouble. You may also
find that while you are getting in better shape you may also be
able to cut down your cardio sessions to 3 days a week. You will be
the best judge of this and only you will know what is right for you
and your body.
