6 Pack Ab Workout 
There are many different
types of 6 pack ab exercises
you can use to help those Abs really pop out. When first starting
out try to do 2 sets of each exercise and 20 reps for each set.
Each week you can try adding one set per exercise provided you can
complete each set and you are using the proper form. I will also
note that you should also include a weight lifting routine to
compliment your Ab workout. It will add overall strength and lean
muscle and make your Ab exercises that much easier to
do.

Ab exercises
1. Crunches
Lay down flat on your back with your knees bent. Using the Abs pull
your upper body up off of the floor. It is similar to a situp but
different in that you don’t want to lift your whole upper body off
the floor. You can get great results by just lifting your shoulders
and head off the floor while contracting your abs. Make sure you
hold this position for a count of two seconds.
By forcing this
contraction when doing this 6
pack ab exercise you will be calling more muscle fibers into
play. Slowly and deliberately return to the starting position. Make
sure that you are breathing normally through out the exercise.
There is no need to do this exercise quickly. It is more important
that you use perfect form and force your abdominal muscles to do
the lifting. If you use improper form and use a rocking motion to
get you moving you are only cheating your self. How do you get
great Abs? Perfect form and consistency.
2. Bicycles
Lie down on the floor flat on
your back. Make sure that you are on some sort of a mat or a
relatively soft surface. Keep your legs raised at a forty-five
degree angle. Alternate bringing each bent leg towards the
chest, and at the same time bring the opposite elbow towards
the knee. Picture yourself riding a bicycle and duplicate
these movements. When you are first starting out it is
important to go slowly. You may find it difficult at first to
coordinate the elbows and knees. After you have trained your
body to perform this movement it will seem like second
nature.
This is what we call
muscle memory. As you train your muscles to perform the movements
perfectly you will target only those specific area you are
exercising. The bicycle is a great workout for your lower Abs. This
6 pack ab workout combined with crunches will work your abs out
through a full range of motion.
Within a short period of
time you will be amazed at the definition your abs have. These
exercises combined with diet and a sincere desire to change your
appearance will produce startling results. If you stick to it and
follow some specific guidelines I guarantee someone will come up to
you and ask how to get great Abs for themselves. You can tell them,
with a smile on your face, it’s all about perfect form and
consistency.
