I have spent the better part of my life looking for ways to build my body into something that I can be proud of. Along the way I have learned a lot about weightlifting,
nutrition and general fitness. The amount of information available out there could fill even the most
modest of libraries.
I know how frustrating it can be and how important it is to be able to get the right information about how to
build lean muscle mass. I spent a lot of money and time on weight lifting programs and muscle building
secrets that didn’t work and didn’t live up to the hype. My hope is that you will learn from my experiences and learn from my
mistakes.

I put together this website to help all of you who weren’t gifted with a naturally muscular physique. This
website is for the hard gainers, those that need to shed some pounds and even the seasoned weight lifter. My hope is that I can strike a cord in
you and provide you with some muscle building secrets that will help you achieve your goals. I wrote some articles based on my
experiences with weight lifting, supplements, six pack ab sculpting, body building and some of the
best ways to build lean muscle mass and compiled them here for you.
Goals My goal is to help you get the maximum results from your
workouts regardless of your level of experience. If you have been weight lifting for a while now and have reached a plateau there are reasons for
this. If you are a beginning bodybuilder then there are things you need to know before you jump in and waste your money on expensive supplements
and muscle building secrets that will not get you results. There comes a time when we all could use some tips on building muscle
regardless of what we have learned in the past.
You must set goals for yourself. If you don't know what you want to achieve then you
won't know where you are going. Start a program that will help you meet your goals and then stick to it.

If you are a beginner weightlifter it is important for you to get a basic understanding of the mechanics behind building
muscle and how to properly perform each exercise if you want to build muscle quickly. Set some realistic goals and stick to a plan that is
right for you.

winning the battle and getting results is a sure and steady pace. After you have built a solid foundation then you can advance to some of the
